Confusions at the 13th Annual Convention of PAMS

Now that the 13th convention is over and the dust of confusions is starting to settle, the seed of TRUTH will have to sprout. First let me enumerate some of the confusions;

II. Was it deliberate?

III. If it is indeed deliberate, who should be answerable for it?

IV. Can we do something to end this confusion?

To be able to understand the answers to these questions, one must be knowledgeable on the 3 grounds of personal commitment to an organization, and these are a) MORAL, b) ETHICAL, and c) LEGAL. One must also understand the history of our Organization to be able to appreciate the answer to these questions.

I will not directly answer some of the questions for you, but I will give you facts on how it happened and in the end you will be the one to assess the situation and do the judgment for yourself.
